DDD Group plc (AIM: DDD, OTCQX: DDDGY, the "Company"), the 3D solutions company, announces that on 15 April 2013 Hans Snook, Non-Executive Director of the Company, exercised options over 200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") from the April 2008 grant at an exercise price of 10p per share (together the "Option Exercise"). Following the Option Exercise, Mr. Snook's interest in the Company will stand at 4,056,652 Ordinary Shares or approximately 2.98% of the issued ordinary share capital and total voting rights in the Company. 

Mr. Snook's shares are part of the block admission that was announced on 5 May 2011 and admitted to AIM on 11 May 2011.
