DDD Group PLC10 March 2005 10 March 2005 DDD GROUP PLC DIRECTORATE CHANGE DDD Group plc (the "Company" or "DDD"), the 3D software and content company, ispleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Sanji Arisawa as a non-executivedirector of the Company. Dr. Arisawa represents Arisawa Manufacturing Co., Ltd.which became the Company's largest shareholder (20%) as a result of a strategicinvestment made in late 2004. Dr. Arisawa, aged 62, has been President & CEO of Arisawa Manufacturing Co. Ltd.(TSE 5208, www.arisawa.co.jp) since 1995. Dr. Arisawa is also the Chairman ofPolatechno Company Ltd., one of the leading polarizer companies in Japan, aswell as the Chairman of Moxtek, Inc. and Colorlink, Inc., both based in theUnited States of America. He is a member of ATP Tour Inc (Association of TennisProfessionals) council and obtained his Ph.D. in mathematics from North CarolinaState University in 1973.
