DDD Group plc (AIM: DDD; OTCQX: DDDGY, the "Company"), the 3D solutions company, confirms that on 15 October 2013 the Company was notified that Mr. Nicholas Brigstocke, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 200,000 ordinary 1p shares of the Company at an average purchase price of 6p per share (the "Share Purchase"). Following the Share Purchase, Mr. Brigstocke's interest in the Company stands at 2,007,045 Ordinary Shares or approximately 1.4% of the issued ordinary share capital and total voting rights in the Company.
