Dolphin Capital Investors Limited (the "Company") announces that on 3 July 2008 it purchased 1,000,000 of its common shares at an average price per share of 95p. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 16,000,000 of its common shares in treasury and has 533,036,141 common shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
