Board Changes
DCC plc, the leading international sales, marketing and support services group, announces the following Board changes:
The Board of DCC has been informed by Mr. Leslie Van de Walle, non-executive Director, Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, of his intention to retire from the Board with effect from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 17 July 2020. Mr. Van de Walle has been a non-executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee for over nine years and has been Senior Independent Director for almost four years.
Mr. Van de Walle will be succeeded as Senior Independent Director by Mr. Mark Breuer and as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee by Mr. David Jukes, with effect from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.
The Chairman of DCC plc, John Moloney, said today:
"I would like to sincerely thank Leslie, who has contributed greatly to our Board and Committees over almost ten years. He brought significant international business experience and insights to bear in his Board roles. We wish him every success in the future."
