Result of AGM
Digitalbox, the mobile-first digital media business which owns leading websites Entertainment Daily, The Daily Mash, The Poke and The Tab, is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 31 May 2023, all the resolutions, as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 4 May 2023, were duly passed.
The results of the proxy voting will be available on the Company's website in due course: www.digitalbox.com.
