Issue of Options
The Company announces that it has today issued options to Directors over a total of 16 million new ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company at an exercise price of 0.2 pence per share (the "Options"). These Options vest immediately and expire on 31 December 2020.
The Options represent in aggregate 4.14% of the Company's existing issued share capital.
The Options have been issued as follows:
