Further Share issue under Open Offer and Total Voting Rights
Further to the announcements of 18 May 2018 and 1 June 2018, the Company now announces that it has received further applications from Qualifying Shareholders in respect of 1,024,897 Ordinary Shares of 1p each (the "Additional Shares") which were received after the deadline for valid acceptances under the Open Offer had passed.
The Board have decided to accept these applications, which amount to approximately £10,250.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Additional Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission of the Additional Shares will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 5 June ("Admission"). The Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue and will carry the right to receive all dividends and distributions declared, made or paid on or in respect of the Basic Entitlement Shares after Admission.
Following issue of the Additional Shares, the Company will have 118,078,293 Ordinary Shares in issue and there are no shares held in treasury. Therefore, the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 118,078,293 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
