PLUS Markets Group plc ("the Company") was notified on 25 May that Nicholas Smith, a non-executive director of the Company, had on that day purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 30.37p per ordinary share. His total holding is now 378,571 shares representing 0.12% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company's issued share capital is 313,884,130 ordinary shares.
