PLUS Markets Group plc ("the Company") was notified on 4 May 2007 that Stephen Allcock, a non-executive director of the Company, had on that day purchased 250,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 23.5p per ordinary share. His total holding is now 1,142,857 shares representing 0.36% of the Company's issued share capital.
