Air Music & Media Group PLC20 April 2007 Air Music & Media Group plc ("Air Group" or "the Company") Director Shareholding, Holding in Company and PLUS Markets In accordance with Chapter 5 of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company was informed on 19 April 2007 that Trevor Allan, a Director of the Company, is interested in 4,520,399 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing approximately 26.3 per cent of the Company's issued voting share capital. In accordance with Chapter 5 of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosureand Transparency Rules, the Company was informed on 19 April 2007 that JamesAllan is interested in 733,831 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company,representing approximately 4.3 per cent of the Company's issued voting sharecapital.
