Polemos plc announces that Dr Nigel Burton, Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 3,582,175 ordinary shares of 1p par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 0.88p pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Dr Nigel Burton, holds a beneficial interest in 11,830,835 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 10.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
