PLUS Markets Group plc (the "Group") today confirms that it has received notice of resignation from Hisham Al-Otaibi, Non-Executive Director, effective from 17 October 2011. Mr Al-Otaibi has served the Group in this capacity for two years and the Board wishes him well. His nomination and appointment in 2009 was in connection with the investment made in the Group at that time by Amara Dhari Investments Limited and it is expected that a replacement appointment will be announced in due course.
