Board Changes
The Board of Polemos announces that David Lenigas, who has been the Company's Executive Chairman since 3 April 2013, is today stepping down as a director of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Lenigas will be focusing on his other public company duties.
Current Finance Director, Donald Strang, will assume the role of Executive Chairman.
