PLUS Markets announces agreement with PR Newswire

PLUS Markets Group plc ("PMG" or "the Company") today announces that it has entered into a preferred supplier agreement with PR Newswire Europe Ltd ("PR Newswire"), to provide companies listed or quoted on the PLUS market access to PR Newswire's disclosure and investor communications services.

Through this agreement, companies on the PLUS-listed and PLUS-quoted markets will be offered the ability to raise their profile amongst the investment community through the global reach offered by PR Newswire's news distribution services, as well as the fulfilment of their regulatory obligations. PR Newswire's "Disclose" service is a Regulated Information Service, approved by the Financial Services Authority for the dissemination of regulatory announcements. Through providing broader investor reach, the agreement is designed to enhance the quality and liquidity of the PLUS market.

PMG currently provides a limited in-house service to PLUS-quoted companies for the electronic submission and release of regulatory announcements, known as Newstrack PLUS. In light of the range of Regulated Information Services now available to companies on the PLUS market (including Disclose), Newstrack PLUS will be discontinued with effect from 31 December 2007.

In consideration for the provision of marketing support services to PR Newswire, PMG will be entitled to a commission, which is not expected to be material in the context of the Company's results.
