Datacash Group PLC03 July 2006 3 July 2006 DataCash Group plc ("DataCash" or the "Company") Director shareholding Under the terms of the top-up rights contained within the acquisition agreementbetween DataCash and Proc Cyber Services (UK) Limited, each time one of theCompany's existing share options (which existed at the time of the acquisition)is exercised, Ashley Head, non-executive chairman of the Company, is entitled tosubscribe for the equivalent number of new shares at the same price as theexercise price of the option exercised. The Company has today made application for the shares listed in the table aboveto be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange and it is expected thatadmission will take place on 6th July 2006.
