Board Change

GlobalData, the global provider of data, analytics and insights is today announcing the following Board change.

GlobalData Plc announces the appointment of Julien Decot to the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director. He will join GlobalData on 30 April 2021. Julien is currently Senior Director Marketing Partnerships, EMEA at Facebook. Julien brings to the Board more than 20 years of experience in the technology sector, having also held senior marketing and business development roles at Skype, Amazon and eBay, both in the US and in Europe.

In accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, Julien Decot is 46 years old. In the last 5 years he was a former director at DaoCo Consulting Limited.

There are no further disclosures to be made under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
