Mike Danson joins Board as non executive director

TMN Group plc ("TMN", AIM: TMN "the Group"), the UK's premier digital marketing group, has appointed Michael Danson to the Board as a non-executive director with immediate effect. He currently holds 28.78% of the ordinary share capital of the Group.

Michael Danson (45) founded research business Datamonitor, the world's leading provider of online data, analytic and forecasting platforms in 1990. Datamonitor was floated on the London Stock Exchange in 2000 and subsequently sold to Informa in July 2007 for over £500 million.

Peter Harkness, Chairman of TMN, commented:
