Mike Danson joinsΒ BoardΒ as non executive director
TMNΒ Group plc ("TMN",Β AIM:Β TMNΒ "the Group"), theΒ UK's premier digital marketing group,Β has appointedΒ Michael DansonΒ to the BoardΒ as a non-executive directorΒ withΒ immediateΒ effect. He currently holds 28.78% of the ordinary share capital of the Group.
MichaelΒ DansonΒ (45) foundedΒ research businessΒ Datamonitor,Β the world's leading provider of online data, analytic and forecasting platformsΒ in 1990. DatamonitorΒ was floatedΒ on the London Stock ExchangeΒ in 2000 andΒ subsequentlyΒ sold to Informa in July 2007 for overΒ Β£500 million.
