Transaction in Own Shares
Darktrace plc (DARK.L) ("Darktrace") announces that on 12 April 2023 it purchased the following number of Darktrace ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("the Shares") on the Exchange (as defined in the Rules of the London Stock Exchange) pursuant to its Share Buyback Programme, the details of which were announced on 1 February 2023.

Number of Shares repurchased: 207,882 shares
Date of transaction: 12 April 2023
Average price paid per Share: 248.0685 pence per share
Lowest price paid per Share: 242.8 pence per share
Highest price paid per Share: 251.3 pence per share

Darktrace intends to cancel the repurchased Shares.
