Secondary Placing
The Board of Daniel Stewart (AIM: DAN), the investment bank offering corporate advisory and institutional stockbroking services, is pleased to announce that Daniel Stewart & Company has placed 75,000,000 Daniel Stewart Securities plc ordinary shares of 0.25p each at a price of 2p per share on behalf of Brainspark plc.
The shares were placed with, inter alia, staff and existing shareholders. As a result of this transaction, Brainspark Plc no longer has a notifiable interest in the share capital of the Company.
