NEW APPOINTMENT
David Youngman joins as Head of Corporate Finance
at Daniel Stewart's Manchester office
The Board of Daniel Stewart Securities plc, stockbroker and corporate finance adviser to smaller and medium-sized companies, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Youngman as Head of Corporate Finance at its Manchester office.
David has been appointed to further enhance Daniel Stewart's corporate finance offering, which provides advice, sector-leading research and broking facilities. He has almost 35 years' experience in stockbroking and corporate finance and, in the last nine years has advised more than 20 companies on their admission to AIM.
David began his stockbroking career in October 1975 with Charlton Seal Dimmock & Co. He became a partner of the same firm in 1980 and was appointed Investment Research Director upon incorporation in 1987. Upon the acquisition of Charlton Seal by the Benchmark Group, he was appointed as a Main Board Director of Benchmark and Chief Operating Officer of Charlton Seal. In May 1995, he joined WH Ireland Limited where he was Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance.
Commenting on David's appointment, Peter Shea, Chief Executive Officer, said:
