Transaction in own shares
On 25 July 2013 the Company purchased 22,950 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 45.5p per Ordinary Share to be held by IS Solutions as treasury shares.
Immediately following this purchase of Ordinary Shares, the Company allotted 22,950 Ordinary Shares to satisfy the exercise of options over Ordinary Shares by employees.
Following these transactions there are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company remains unchanged at 25,311,791.
The above voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
