D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4T4) announces that on 25 March 2019, it purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be held in treasury, pursuant to the share buy-back announced on 21 March 2019.

The above voting rights figure of 39,222,009 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
