D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4T4, the "Company") announces that on 24 August 2020 it purchased ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be held in Treasury.

Highest price paid per ordinary share: 225 pence
Lowest price paid per ordinary share: 225 pence
Volume weighted average price paid per ordinary share: 225 pence
Pursuant to the above transactions, the Company advises that its issued share capital remains as 40,417,556 Ordinary Shares, with 199,113 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights of the Company is 40,218,443.
The above voting rights figure of 40,218,443 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
