Transaction in Own Shares
and Total Voting Rights
The Company today announces that on 15 September 2016 it transferred 73,258 Ordinary Shares held in treasury to employees, following the exercise of options over Ordinary Shares, issued pursuant to EMI Share Options Scheme and the Employee Share Options 'A' Scheme. Following this transaction, the Company holds 51,805 Ordinary Shares in treasury.
Pursuant to the above, the Company advises that the issued share capital of D4t4 Solutions remains as 37,438,329 Ordinary Shares, with 51,805 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights of the Company is 37,386,524.
The above voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
