Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights
D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4T4) announces that on 3 February 2020, the Company transferred 50,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each out of treasury in order to satisfy an exercise of options by two employees.
Pursuant to the above transaction, the Company advises that its issued share capital remains as 40,417,556 Ordinary Shares, with 123,925 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights of the Company is 40,293,631.
The above voting rights figure of 40,293,631 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
