Director's Dealing
The Company was notified today that on 25 November 2015 Roger McDowell, Non- Executive Director of the Company, sold 500,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 98.2045p pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr. McDowell is interested in 2,350,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.44 per cent. of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
