Exercise of options and Directors' Dealings
D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4T4) announces that it was notified on 1 July 2019 that under the existing option scheme, Carmel Warren, Chief Financial Officer, exercised 50,000 share options of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 90.5 pence per ordinary share. To satisfy the exercise of the Share Options, 50,000 existing Ordinary Shares were transferred from treasury.
Total Voting Rights
The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following the transaction will be 39,700,889 Ordinary Shares, with 438,880 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights of the Company is 39,262,009.
The above voting rights figure of 39,262,009 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
