AIM Application
CyanConnode (AIM:CYAN.L), the world leader in narrowband radio mesh networks, announces that further to its announcement on 5 July 2021 relating to the restructuring of its Share Incentive Arrangements, these awards have now been made.
A block admission for 3 million shares has now been submitted to AIM out of which the EBT shares relating to these awards will be issued. This block listing will also cover any shares issued pursuant to the Company's Share Incentive Plans, which are applicable to all employees of the Company. Admission of the block listing new Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on 2 December 2021.
