Ceres Power Holdings plc ("Ceres Power" or the "Company") Block Listing Application

Block Listing Application The Company has made an application to the London Stock Exchange Plc for a block listing of 306,427 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Ordinary Shares will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the Company's Sharesave Share Option Scheme. It is expected that the block admission will become effective on 22 December 2022. The Ordinary Shares, when issued, shall rank equally with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares.
