Listing of Ordinary Shares pursuant to scrip dividend offer
Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market of 33,687 ordinary shares of 10 pence each, fully paid (the "Shares"). The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company and it is expected that admission will become effective on 5 September 2014. Following the issue, Cranswick will have 49,087,047 ordinary shares in issue.
The Shares are to be issued as a result of elections received pursuant to the scrip dividend offered in respect of the full year dividend for the year ended 31 March 2014.
A copy of the Scrip Dividend Scheme circular has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and is available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
