Cranswick are pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Bottomley as Group Finance Director, following the retirement of John Lindop.
Mark joined the business in January 2008 as Group Financial Controller. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Binder Hamlyn and has several years experience in the food production sector.
John has retired, at the age of 60, from the business after nearly 17 years and the Board would like to thank him for his invaluable advice and guidance and to wish him well for the years ahead.
Cranswick confirms that there are no matters requiring disclosure in relation to paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
