Committee changes

In line with the Chair rotation of Cranswick's committees as of 26 July 2010 Steven Esom, Non-Executive Director, became Chairman of the Remuneration Committee taking over the role from Patrick Farnsworth, Non-Executive Director.

Also as of 26 July 2010 Patrick Farnsworth, Non-Executve Director, became Chairman of the Nomination Committee taking over the role from Martin Davey, Chairman of Cranswick.
