Cranswick plc - Listing of Ordinary Shares pursuant to scrip dividend offer
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a listing of 168,701 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each to be admitted to the Official List. These shares rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company and it is expected that trading in the shares will be effective on 4th September 2009. Following the issue, Cranswick will have 46,642,609 Ordinary shares in issue.
These Ordinary Shares are to be issued as a result of elections received pursuant to the scrip dividend offer in respect of the full year dividend for the year ended 31 March 2009.
A copy of the Scrip Dividend Scheme circular has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
