Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for a block admission of securities in respect of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each fully paid (the "Shares").
These Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the following schemes:

Cranswick plc Long Term Incentive Plan | 750,000 |
Cranswick plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme (SAYE) | 250,000 |
These Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing shares in issue. It is expected that admission will become effective on 11 April 2013.
