Listing of Ordinary Shares pursuant to scrip dividend offer
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a listing of 76,398 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each to be admitted to the Official List (the "Shares"). These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company and it is expected that trading in the shares will become effective on 27 January 2023.
The Shares are to be issued as a result of elections received pursuant to the scrip dividend offered in respect of the interim dividend for the 52 weeks ending 25 March 2023.
Following the issue, Cranswick will have 53,607,500 Ordinary shares in issue. There are no shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company will be 53,607,500 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules
The Scrip Dividend Scheme timetable was announced on 22 December 2022 and a copy of the Rules of the Scheme are available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
