Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to the Official List and trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for a block admission of securities in respect of 250,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each fully paid (the "Shares").

These Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the Cranswick plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme (SAYE)

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company and it is expected that admission will become effective on 11 April 2023.
