Cranswick PLC08 September 2006 Cranswick PLC 8 September 2006 Cranswick plc - Listing of 61,081 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to scrip dividend offer Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for a listing of 61,081 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the OfficialList. These shares rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares ofthe Company. Following this issue, Cranswick will have 44,740,457 OrdinaryShares in issue.
