Cranswick plc - Listing ofΒ Ordinary SharesΒ pursuant to scrip dividend offerΒ
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a listing ofΒ 31,394Β Ordinary SharesΒ to be admitted to the Official List. These shares rank pari passu with theΒ existing issuedΒ Ordinary SharesΒ of the Company.Β Following this issue, Cranswick will haveΒ 46,346,706Β Ordinary Shares in issue.
These Ordinary Shares are to be issued as a result of elections received pursuant to the scrip dividend offer in respect of theΒ interimΒ dividend for theΒ six months ended 30Β September 2008.
A copy of the Scrip Dividend Scheme circular has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
