The following amendment(s) have been made to the 'Additional Listing' announcement released on 28 January 2021 at 7.44am under RNS No 1907.
The number of Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List has been changed from 63,863 to 63,838. The number of Ordinary shares that Cranswick will have in issue following the issue has been changed from 52,609,551 to 52,609,526.

Listing of Ordinary Shares pursuant to scrip dividend offer
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a listing of 63,838 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each to be admitted to the Official List (the "Shares"). These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company and it is expected that trading in the shares will become effective on 29 January 2021.
The Shares are to be issued as a result of elections received pursuant to the scrip dividend offered in respect of the interim dividend for the 52 weeks ending 27 March 2021.
Following the issue, Cranswick will have 52,609,526 Ordinary shares in issue. There are no shares held in treasury.
The Scrip Dividend Scheme timetable was announced on 24 December 2020 and a copy of the Rules of the Scheme are available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
