Cranswick PLC07 March 2007 7 March 2007 Cranswick PLC Additional Listing Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on theLondon Stock Exchange's markets for listed securities in respect of ablocklisting of 250,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("New Ordinary Shares"). The New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with theexisting ordinary shares in issue, will be issued from time to time pursuant tothe exercise of employee share options under the Save As You Earn Scheme.
