26 July 2006 Charles Taylor Consulting plc Trading update As reported in the announcement on 21 June 2006, this year's trading hascontinued to be in line with the Board's expectations. Our mature mutualmanagement operations continue to grow and new mutual opportunities aredeveloping well. The Services division has been busy and Aviation in particularhas continued to consolidate its position. The run-off market is providingplenty of opportunities for us to develop the LCL business further. Board appointment Charles Taylor Consulting plc ("CTC") is pleased to announce that JosephGarland Roach III has today been appointed as a Deputy Chairman of the Group,alongside Alistair Groom.
