The holding 0f 1,403,513 (3.50%) was previously managed by Axa Framlington. On 1st July 2008 these shares were transferred to the new fund manager, BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited. Following numerous sales, the sale of 75,000 shares on 7th August resulted in the shareholding reducing to 1,179,250 representing 2.94%, passing below the 3% threshold and therefore triggering the disclosure requirement.
