Board Appointments
As announced in the Company's Interim Results on 29 August 2008, the board of Charles Taylor Consulting plc (the "Company") is pleased to confirm that Charles Julian Cazalet, 60, has been approved by the Financial Services Authority to be a Director with effect from 25th September 2008. He will be the Senior Independent Director. He is also a director of Herald Investment Trust plc and Deltex Medical Group plc.
As announced on 19 September 2008, Charles Julian Cazalet acquired 25,000 shares in the company.
There are no further details relating to the appointment of Charles Julian Cazalet that are disclosable under paragraph 6.F.2 (b)-(g) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
The Company is also pleased to announce that subject to approval from the Financial Services Authority, Julian Ralph Avery, 63, will join the Board as a Non Executive Director and will be Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. Previously, he was a director of Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd, East Surrey Holdings plc, a member of the Council of Lloyd's and chief executive of Wellington Underwriting plc. He was also a director of IAG Holdings UK Ltd and Chairman of Equity Insurance Group. He is also a director of Warner Estates Holdings plc and is Chairman of Invesco Perpetual AiM VCT plc.
