Director PDMR Shareholding Grant of share awards
The Company announces that on 26th April 2012, the following executive directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR's) were awarded the following nil cost performance share awards over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares"), as part of their annual bonus payment award for 2011. The Shares will vest over three years and in three equal instalments as soon as reasonably practicable following the date Charles Taylor Consulting plc announces its final results in each of the years 2013, 2014 and 2015.
