Grant of LTIP award
The Company announces that on 16th January 2013, the following director wasgranted a performance share award over ordinary shares of 1p each in theCompany ("Shares"), pursuant to the Charles Taylor Consulting Long TermIncentive Plan 2007 (the "LTIP").
No consideration was payable for the grant of the award.
Director Number of sharesTito Soso 150,000The number of LTIP Shares which vest will depend upon the extent to which theperformance conditions are met, consistent with the rules of the LTIP, over thethree-year period ending 16th January 2016.
The Company was informed of the above transaction on 16th January 2013.
