Charles Taylor plc announces that it has been advised that Tito Soso, GroupChief Financial Officer of the Company, acquired 19,000 Ordinary Shares in theCompany at 165p per share on 19 April 2013.

Following this announcement, Mr Soso and his connected persons holds a total of19,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.05% of the total voting rights of theCompany.
