The Company has been notified of the following transaction by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").
On 22 March 2022, Sharon O'Keefe, Non-Executive Director and PDMR, purchased 3,200 Shares, held as American Depositary Receipts (ADRs). Each ADR represents four ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company. Sharon O'Keefe's resulting shareholding is 3,200 Shares.
