Transaction in own shares

The Company announces that it has purchased ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("shares") through UBS AG London Branch ("UBS"), as part of the share buyback programme of up to $300m announced on 20 August 2025 (the "Programme").

The purchased shares will be held in treasury.

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 28,202,930 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 2,021,586,629 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). The figure of 2,021,586,629 ordinary shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of UKLR 9.6.6R.
